Booking & Attendance
All guests, including children and accompanying guardians, require their own pre-purchased ticket. Tickets are not sold at the door.
Ticket purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges and date changes are not offered for customer-requested changes, except as required by applicable law. We may need to cancel or reschedule a class because of insufficient bookings or changes in breeder or puppy availability; affected guests will be contacted about their options.
Children must be at least 8 years old. Guests ages 8–13 must attend with a ticketed parent or guardian in the room. Guests ages 14–17 may attend independently, but a parent or legal guardian (18+) must sign the required waiver upon arrival. All children must be gentle and comfortable around dogs.
Safety Notice
Although our team takes precautions and supervises interactions, puppies are animals and may occasionally scratch, nip, bite, jump or cause minor injuries. Physical activity also involves some risk of slips or strains. Please interact gently, follow staff instructions and let a team member know immediately if you have any safety concerns. Children must be appropriately supervised, and the puppies’ wellbeing always comes first.
Photos & Media Consent
Photos or short videos may be taken during our sessions for Puppy Yoga Studio’s website, social media and promotional materials. We seek appropriate consent before using identifiable images for marketing, including parent or guardian consent for minors. If you or your child prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let our team know at check-in so we can accommodate your preference.
