Every Ticket includes:
Admission to Puppy Yoga Class – A 60-Minute Session with Playful Pups (40 minutes of yoga with the puppies and 20 minutes of puppy playtime)
*Please note: Yoga mats are not provided unless a rental is purchased*
All participants are required to purchase a ticket; children do not receive free admission.
All ticket purchases are final—no refunds or changes will be allowed.
We offer two types of classes at our studio:
🧘 Regular Puppy Yoga Classes – A fun and playful experience where you can flow through gentle yoga poses while puppies roam around the room, cuddle up beside you, or climb on your mat. Perfect for all levels and an absolute mood booster!
🕯️ Candle-Lit Yin Puppy Yoga – A slower, meditative class held in a cozy space with dimmed lights and soft LED candles. This class focuses on *yin yoga*, a deeply relaxing style where poses are mostly done on the floor and held for several minutes at a time. It’s designed to calm the nervous system, release tension in the body, and invite mindfulness. And yes – adorable puppies will still be joining you, adding warmth, comfort, and a few happy distractions along the way. This class will be labelled as CANDLE-LIT YIN PUPPY YOGA.
Pre-purchased tickets are required for participation, we cannot sell tickets at the door as there are limited spots in every class.
Children ages 8 and older are welcome in our classes, provided that they are accompanied by a paying guardian who will be present in the room. Additionally, it is essential that the children are well-behaved, gentle, and feel comfortable around dogs. These guidelines are implemented to ensure the best experience for everyone involved.
Ages 14 & up can do the class on their own but will need a parent or guardian (18+) to sign the waiver upon arrival.
